Motivefitness Magnetic Recumbent Combination Cycle - Rower

The MOTIVE fitness Magnetic Recumbent Combination Cycle / Rower lets you experience the best of both worlds! The regular cardiovascular benefits of an exercise cycle combined with the ultimate muscle toning provided by a rowing machine. Simply converted by the twist of a knob and with a space-saving folding frame for compact upright storage when not is use, the sturdy chip resistant silver coloured coated 60mm diameter round tubular steel frame with heavy duty extruded aluminium rowing rail is built to last!

It has inbuilt transportation wheels for ease of storage. Its near silent multi-plate magnetic resistance system has a 8-step progressive adjustment which features in both cycling and rowing modes. The Cycle features a reclined recumbent cycle action with a contoured, moulded, expanded PU seat and backrest, self-presenting pedals with adjustable straps for correct foot placement and high density padded grips on the contoured handlebars.

The Rower features single gym-style belt rowing action and has oversize PVC footplates with adjustable Velcro style footstraps for secure feet location. Both functions benefit from the 6-function exercise monitor which provides Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn), Clock (Real Time) Distance (Miles), Hand Pulse Ã¢â‚¬" (Beats / Minute), Strokes (per Minute), Strokes (Total) and Time modes to enable exercise planning and control.
