The ELS25 - is it an elliptical cross-trainer? Is it a stepper? No, it's Superman - or at least it's manufactured by a real-life Superman's company, Carl Lewis Fitness. To provide you with variety in your workout programme, this cross-trainer enables you to get the benefits of an elliptical cross-trainer and stepping all in the one machine.

The Carl Lewis ELS25 2 in 1 gives you a workout in the one cross-trainer. Use the elliptical setting for general aerobic fitness and to get your heart rate up into the max zone (the ELS25 has a hand pulse sensor and can display your beats per minute on the monitor, along with scan, calories, speed, distance and time). Then adjust the foot pedals simply and quickly for the fat-burning benefits of the stepper function. To fine-tune your workout program even further, this cross-trainer has eight levels of magnetic resistance so you can select the load level to suit your fitness level.

The Carl Lewis Fitness company knows the importance of looking after you while you're looking after yourself by working out. The ELS25 2 in 1 has been fitted with large non-slip footplates, comfortable handgrips and, just so you can keep well hydrated during your workout, a drink bottle holder. To allow for its use as an elliptical cross-trainer as well as a stepper, the ELS25 has been built sturdily with balance and durability in mind.
