Cycling on an exercise bike is much safer than a regular bike, as you can avoid the risks of heavy traffic or the hazardous effect of breathing noxious fumes.
Made by the well-known manufacturers York Fitness, the C101 is an exercise bike designed to let you work out in the optimum fitness zone - not too much for your current fitness level, but not too little, either. To achieve this aim, there are eight levels of manually adjustable magnetic resistance so you can increase the load on the exercise bike that's right for you. This exercise bike also has a computerised multifunction monitor that clearly shows your speed, calories burned, “distance” covered and time spent using the exercise bike.
To make it suitable for use by the whole family (although the C101 should not be used by those over 100 kg), this exercise bike has a height-adjustable seat, so everyone can have a go and become fit and healthy. Reasonably compact (92cm x 55cm x 129cm), the C101 is an exercise bike that will fit into the corner of a room - and having an exercise bike ready set up to use increases the likelihood of this exercise bike being used consistently.
